Refund & Return Policy
If the product that you receive has evident of defect or faulty, you may return/exchange your unused product in the same condition as they were received with the following conditions:
- Please submit your return/exchange request to our Customer Support with your order number, name, cotact number, tracking number, and picture(s) of the product.
- Kindly contact us within 7 days of purchase.Our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible
- Please take high attention that you must get approval and confirmation ( via email ) from us before you proceed to return the product to us.
- Return/exchange product must be packed in the original packaging, original shipping box with the original invoice and packing slip.
- We will not accept the return/exchange request if the product is already used. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
- The product is your responsibility until it is reach to us. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. It would be better to send via courier with tracking number.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, if the product is unused and fullfilled our policy, we will exchange it with a new product or process the refund.
- Replacement product will be shipped once we receive your product. Please note that shipment for replacement product can take 5-7 working days.
- In the case when replacement product is out of stock, we will process a refund for the returned product.
- Refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account.
